Will your house construction/house purchase prices increase due to corona?

For what, please?
I have a slight concern that if the services to be provided by the builders (obtaining the building permit is included) are pushed too far back, we will not remain within the period for which we have a price guarantee. I was simply interested in whether there are similar situations with other builders.

I'm glad to hear that. :)

What I meant was that builders may not be able to obtain the "preliminary services" required on their part, such as building permits, in time due to Corona, and as a result the price guarantee period is exceeded. But maybe that only applies to our contract.

I've been asking myself for quite some time which families are currently still renting and for what reasons, since the installments do not seem to me subjectively to be higher than those for a house due to the low interest rates. I really hope that families in particular will still find it easier to afford a house than a rental apartment.

It will definitely be interesting, and I really hope that the beneficiaries are families with children.

I wrote nonsense there. I mean that the rent of a family-friendly apartment is not significantly lower than the repayment for a house. Please excuse me.

Well, I don’t believe in that (anymore).

May I out myself here as a long-time left-wing voter? Because, let’s be honest: No other party would really want to change this truly terrible situation for tenants (and the social injustice). It may be that the Left takes more from the better earners (including me) than other parties, but measures like in Berlin (selling social housing) would finally come to an end or reversal measures would be initiated.

Right now, “normal” families with average income certainly cannot afford a house if it is supposed to be paid off within one generation (until retirement). The volume is usually around 500K with land or even more. Much less would hardly work with land. Not everyone can build as cheaply as

Currently, I only know “above-average earners” who are building.

Two hearts beat in my chest: The entrepreneur’s heart that makes profits (has to make profits also to be able to pay employees well), and on the other side the social heart that is insanely bothered by the injustice and the ever faster growing income gap.

The rich will soon have to build fortresses to protect themselves against the revolutionary onslaught of the rightless and helpless!
