: Yes, the site plan is oriented north.

We have been as far as YPG before. But we simply didn't manage to properly fit the TV. If you place the couch facing south, the distance to the next wall above becomes much too far. And in the extension itself there is too little space (3.50m should be the distance from couch to TV, right?)

We also didn't really want to enlarge the extension, because otherwise we would lose the terrace.

Difficult, difficult :(

For your estimation, this only helps as far as you are close to the average of what was included in his construction performance descriptions. The one-sided advantage is not that significant, but in kitchen / bathroom / electrical there is a lot of potential for different prices between client X and Y.

At the moment, there is little new in my mind. Yvonne's approach is quite okay, although the tall cabinets would be a bit far away for me. But that could be misleading. In general, I am always a fan of the kitchen by the terrace.

.. is it probably not possible to have the plans (ground floor/upper floor) fully dimensioned? TV .. that depends on the size of the TV. The distance rules have actually changed a lot, and 350 cm is usually more than sufficient for up to about a 42-inch TV.

Hello YPG....quickly put together last night. Is that what you had in mind? The guest room and utility room were enlarged. In the new living room up to the TV it's now about 5 meters. I'm still very uncertain about the kitchen....

But I have no idea how to accommodate the small Swedish stove including chimney here (round symbol in the plan). If you lead the chimney upwards, it comes out directly in the children's room upstairs....

Hi,

Think about whether you really want to block the windows with furniture. From my point of view, it is a kind of waste of money or, if you want to put it differently, a planning mistake. Sure, the dining table apparently can't be placed anywhere. But the sofa? Are the windows there floor-to-ceiling? Just put a wall where the sofa is and install a nice panoramic window on the right side.

Agree with zaba, besides that a few measurements would be quite good.

How big is your TV? 5m is very large.

And, what size did you use to draw in the dining table? Looks like 120x90 or so.
