I find it unfortunate if the TK room is accessed from the kitchen. I might be more open to it if the room were more of a utility room or larger. I like the laundry room upstairs. I don't think a niche from the office is enough as a wardrobe.

What kind of room is this, which is called an office/storage? I lack storage space and storage room on the ground floor. The freezer room can barely accommodate the waste paper, but nothing else. Maybe a small shelf for electronic devices, the broom, or a toolbox. Where do you want to put the decorative stuff, old glass, sportswear, vacuum cleaner, mop, beverage crates? Is the room at the top left of the plan important?

The thing you mentioned should all go into this room (office/storage/I don’t know where else to put it room).

We don’t need a home office. A craft table and cabinets for storage space should fit there. Washing is done upstairs on the upper floor.

... I would have understood it textually as a closet niche bulging from the hallway into the office - has this just not yet been implemented in the drawing, or have I misinterpreted it?
