Wibank Hessen Loan Application Documents and Experiences

we submitted our funding application for the Hessen loan to WiBank 5 weeks ago and are waiting for feedback. Since this is a property acquisition, we are under enormous time pressure due to the realtors.

Does anyone have tips on how to speed up the processing time? Should we inquire frequently or rather wait? How long was the processing time for your applications or how long have you been waiting? And what is the likelihood that it will be rejected or approved? Does anyone know a figure for how many submitted applications are ultimately approved or rejected?

We received the acknowledgment of receipt on 18.06 and the approval on 17.07.2020. In between, there were some inquiries by mail/phone. Whether the application is approved or not depends on whether your project is eligible for funding.

How did you determine the costs, especially the self-help contribution for the new construction? Annex 2 in the application.

Does anyone have experience regarding [Hessengeld]? Mainly, I would like to know if it has already been approved for someone and how long it took from application to approval.

does anyone perhaps know if the disability pension is counted as income for the application at [Wi-Bank]?
Because my husband and I exceed the income limit if we count the disability pension.
I would be very grateful if you have any information.

Is the disability pension included in the income tax return? Then you have your answer. Tax returns must be submitted with the application.
