The heating load of the building is calculated according to DIN 12831, isn't it, or does the room-by-room heating load calculation also fall under the calculation according to DIN 12831?
So one should maybe contact the experts from the KfW-dena list mentioned by and specifically ask if they offer the room-by-room heating load calculation for an underfloor heating system with heat pump with low flow temperatures. Then just see what they charge for it.
I also think that a normal heating engineer does not have time for this due to time constraints / does not do this often (lack of time)!?
Is that the file "Heizungstabelle.ods" from the aquarea wiki page?

Calculate the room-by-room heating load yourself with Excel and the Energy Saving Ordinance data and design the underfloor heating yourself. It takes some time but you don’t have to be an engineer to manage it.
