Which property would you choose?

a residential area is being developed in our village and our chances of choosing a plot are good.
Which one would you take?
There is a field around it and a country road on the right.
The crossed-out plots are not an option, the others are each 550 sqm in size.

Just like that and no different. Additionally, only two neighbors (none directly on the opposite side of the street). And if you still have Strabs with you, they are much lower too.
