Hello everyone!
I want to build a new house.
It should be a single-family house (approx. 150m2) with a double garage.
I have registered for two plots where the allocation will be decided on Tuesday.
Favorite 1: Number 83
Favorite 2: Number 80
Since I built a house only 6 years ago, I have unfortunately fallen to the bottom of the social plan. Presumably, Number 83 will be snatched away from me (the marketer is still waiting for documents from the interested parties).
But so far, there are apparently no interested parties for plot Number 80 and my chances would be quite good!
The downside of plot 83 would be a row of trees that (exactly as drawn) would run in front of the house/yard/garden… which would negatively affect the planned photovoltaic system.
On the other hand, it would be nice in terms of dimensions.
The downside of plot 80 would be the strange "cut".
Or could a nice house with a double garage still be built there?
It would probably be better for photovoltaic yield and you would have peace in the cul-de-sac.
The total price of the plot would also be somewhat cheaper than 83.
I don't need a big garden.
What do you say?
I am attaching a plan for you.
