For outdoor use, you need a cable labeled NYY-J
It is best to protect sockets and lamps separately. In your case, I would use 2.5mm². A 4mm² or 6mm² cannot be properly connected in any lamp.
The lamps will probably be LED lamps anyway, so they can possibly be protected with only 10 A or even just 6 A.
Only as a thought: maybe consider e-charging stations and adjust the cross-section accordingly. As a precaution.
