Then you have the mega long driveway again. Such a boundary construction is also not very nice.

Of course, 4 children's rooms on one level or 4 bedrooms must be enough.
In your proposal, you only had 140 sqm of living space spread over 2 floors.
I'm not sure if the ground floor will be large enough. Cloakroom, table, sofa must be planned somewhat larger for 4 people, and the kitchen shouldn't be too small either. One oven and a 4-burner stove won't get you far. My girlfriend sometimes uses 2 ovens or cooktops. Pots, bowls, everything is bigger.

We have also thought about orienting the terrace towards the northwest; here we would just need to see from when and how far the forest to the west casts shadows. As a teenager, I liked mowing the lawn in the evenings as there was usually already some shade then. As soon as the budget is set, I think I can also clarify the size of the house. 160+ sqm would be nice, let's see if it is feasible.

Then you have to build an extension later. As far as I understand, that is the plan. There isn’t even a child yet. And as a couple to install two stoves, that doesn’t have to be. ;)
Here is the desire for something big, but the development will stretch over 20 years. None of that is really possible anyway. The annoying thing here is that the basement is fixed because of the crosswise-running slope.

Building an extension is not cheap. I had proposed a gable roof and to convert two more bedrooms there if needed. That should be done quite quickly with a few buddies and the costs would be manageable. I would have planned the cooking, dining, and living area large enough right away. No, not necessarily with double electrical appliances. Connections are enough.

With 30, about 150k equity... I did something wrong :) I also find the sketch from ypg more convincing than the first A and B proposals Greetings from Swabia
