With the developers of my choice, I always have an additional cost of 9-10 thousand euros compared to the gas boiler. A brine system about 15,000 euros + earthworks (laying collectors, etc.) I come to 20,000 euros, easily.

P.S. Heat pumps (= compressors) are by the way not highly complex, but so simply designed that they could already be built a hundred years ago. At most, the control electronics are complex, but that also applies to the gas condensing boiler.

Just casually and no accusations! I called Bafa and asked whether I would receive funding for a brine/water pump or an air-to-water heat pump for a new build.... The answer was NO! So I have that from a direct source and not just hearsay.

So far, with every developer, including the big well-known ones, the offer included the air-water heat pump with about 10,000 euros extra compared to the gas boiler. The gas boiler is basically already included in the offer.
Of course, for the gas boiler, provision of the liquid gas tank + earthworks and connection is also necessary.

Planned area about 140 m², fireplace also + controlled residential ventilation + underfloor heating.

What is the cost of renting a tank? € 200 per year (rough estimate) = T€ 4 for the next 20 years. This makes the gas condensing boiler a bit more expensive... Maintenance of the gas condensing boiler per year approx. € 100 (these were our costs in the old house) = T€ 2 for the next 20 years. This makes the gas condensing boiler even more expensive... Chimney sweep ??? I don’t have the annual/biannual costs in mind, but it makes the gas condensing boiler even more expensive...

All these are additional costs that you don’t have with a heat pump. Overall, a calculation exercise and a gut decision, but you should consider all points.
