Yes, it is just a drill "with vibration" and not a hammer drill. For wood and steel probably okay, for concrete simply not enough impact. The drill bit looks okay.

Just order yourself a HILTI SDS-plus TE-CX with 6mm diameter, the corresponding anchors. That is completely sufficient for standard commercial lamps. If you want to hang a chandelier, then size accordingly larger.

In the hardware stores, I only find the HILTI SDS Plus (without TE-CX). If I understand correctly, it's about the shank. Can I also use the one without TE-CX?

Specialist retailers or online.

The drill bit then has 4 x cutting edges. Te-CX is important. SDS is of course the shank.
Costs 7.50 euros on eBay. There are Hilti or Würth stores. Or good tool dealers. You can find them in every larger town.

Buchsbaum has no clue again. Recommends SDS Plus drill bits for a drill with a chuck... It's a pity that people listen to that...

I have rarely read such nonsense. Okay for a rotary hammer, but here a hammer drill is in use, the hammer drill bit with SDS mount does not fit. Such bits are intended to essentially pulverize the material, and for that the bit has to be able to "move" in the grooves, which is not the case with a hammer drill. Normal bits without SDS work with cutting edges and with hammer drilling use slight additional blows. SDS bits are not intended for hammer drills; only laymen with absolutely no idea do that.
