b) why difficult, a) You hopefully know my Steinemantra :)
And can Stoll only do rectangular flat lots or what?
WBI doesn't ring a bell for me right now. You can contact me informally via external PM, on web (de) my name is the same as here. That shouldn’t be any kind of witchcraft. (Where) is the house you want to build located here somewhere already (a semi-detached house, if I remember correctly)?
b) Because there is practically no one in our region who builds with Poroton. We have Breyer and Seck on the list but fear they might be very expensive (consultation next week).
a) Yes, I know it, but unfortunately it doesn’t help here at all. I have tried to convince the parties involved in the house construction (the problem is mainly the parents, who will live in a granny flat and finance half) that aerated concrete doesn’t mean the end of the world, but it’s hopeless. After hours of "Then you’ll have to rebuild after at most 20 years because the houses don’t last" and "I asked xyz, they also said aerated concrete is very bad" discussions, I finally want to move forward and find someone who indeed builds with Poroton in our region.
We already had a conversation with Virtus, which was MAXIMALLY frustrating since the guy honestly seemed quite incompetent and suggested we just negotiate again with the building authority so that we could build a single-family house (we have an obligation to attach to the neighboring house) and that otherwise building on the property is really nothing ("Otherwise you have a large loss of quality of life"), we shouldn’t do a roof terrace because it would be too expensive (I would like to decide that myself...) and so on.
Stoll gives the impression that only the floor plan can be custom designed. And from that, I conclude (maybe wrongly) that they would also be overwhelmed with our project :(
So basically, we want to build a two-family house and have an obligation to add on to a settlement house that is on the neighboring property.
