We have the problem that our utility room is not located on an exterior wall. Since a heat pump requires an outdoor unit, the installation of a heat pump is not so easy for us. However, we have two empty conduits, which were originally intended for a water-bearing fireplace, that run from the utility room to an exterior wall. I need to check again carefully, but I believe they are two multilayer composite pipes. Now my question: can these pipes be used for connecting a heat pump (air or geothermal)? Otherwise, we would have to completely tear up entire walls just to get the lines outside somehow,
