Which companies build affordable expansion houses?

How large would the property be or what would it cost? In the north of Berlin, I cannot find a property in a five-figure price range :-(

The plot itself would have 300m². The price would be 100 including commission. Pretty unrealistic for a piece of meadow... but for the connection etc., it would be really perfect... there is another one nearby for 88,000.... 204 m² but that looks more like a front yard... but I could imagine it on the 300m² one, I’ve already been there a few times and have "built" in my mind

Most of those who replied to you have built a house or are in the process of doing so. They are realistic, know the prices, are familiar with one or another building regulation by now and understand the effort involved in building a house and possible own contributions. You simply don’t want to recognize certain things and just want to live in your dream world. Maybe that’s even an advantage for your profession - giving children dreams.
You just must not expect that everyone else will dive into your dream world.

But maybe I am completely wrong and your wish for your own house will come true the day after tomorrow.
