Which companies build affordable expansion houses?

Well, I imagine the construction site to be quite exciting. I always say I just need a finished bathroom and kitchen; if necessary, I’ll even sleep in the kitchen. Everything else can wait^^ The only problem would be where to put the furniture... not so easy :/

The furniture? Just store it with one of the companies specialized in that. Climate-controlled and secure.
It doesn’t cost much. Depending on quantity and size, of course. You’re looking at >> 150/month. It can also be more. For me it was only 300/month. Cheap. Almost a gift.

I tell you from my own observation and experience: Everything comes out really quick after a year, like new. Without a layer of dust. For the less critical stuff you probably know – like me – a good friend who happens to have a very large farm. Super quick, he’ll conjure up 20-30 cubic meters of space in an unheated barn (but don’t store anything valuable there!). It’s basically just something you do effortlessly. Easy. Organized on the side. You’ve got other things to do, after all... Just bringing the stuff there: no problem. Picking it up: same thing...

Such a bathroom and kitchen: That usually get finished pretty early in the house construction... or not? Wasn’t that at the end? Let me think, how was it again? I don’t remember anymore... oh yes: It was at the end. Yes, that’s how it was. So what you’re planning is more like camping with a gas stove, Luma, and Porta-Potti bucket toilet. Right?

In this post you consciously find truths that are real, but also intentionally sarcastic humor. Like I said: That was exactly what I wanted here.

I will say it now again bluntly and straight, so that you finally understand.
Your dream is wonderful.

BUT:
With the initial conditions you mentioned, YOU WILL NEVER BUILD A HOUSE IN GERMANY IN 2016. It just cannot be done. You will ruin yourself, your environment, your life. After that, you have nothing left, except a ruin.... (Two: The house + yourself).

Save for 10 years, then look.

Or buy something for 40,000 from the "off to ruin" (auction,.....) and then make your renovation and camping holiday there. At least such a wreck has a plot with electricity, water, sewage....... (that is definitely something of value!!!!!)

It just cannot be that such a young person is so resistant to advice while chasing a dream! You have zero (ZERO) clue about building and everything that has to be done and done: 0 (ZERO) knowledge. And you think: Everything’s easy. I have good ideas. Ideas - yes: great. They are a basis, but if ideas build a house, then a red banana plug also plugs bananas.

Only the red ones, that's possible. With the capital, you can get a used caravan and a permanent pitch for the next 10 years. Maybe. Or a small condominium, depending on the location (small means 40 sqm, unless it's in a particularly popular big city)

If I believed this was a troll, I would have reported it to Bauexperte.

For now, I am honestly (naively?) of the opinion (gut feeling!) that this young man is genuinely following his plan. I know something like this from youth......there are such people. Incredibly idealistic and dreamers......(no, not me, in my circle of friends...and it went *terribly* wrong). There are people who have a good plan - just at the wrong time under the wrong circumstances. Yes, that does actually exist.

If it is a troll after all: we will find out. Then Bauexperte or other MODS will take care of it here. It is useful either way. Being out of touch with reality is currently also my biggest enemy in professional life.......it is spreading excessively. Something can (remain) said here about that concerning construction.

I'm not a troll^^ I'm looking for a serious solution. I would really love to secure the land that I found.. it would be so perfect.. but then I only have the land and nothing else.. and camping permanently would also be dumb... I think I'm the one with the good plan at the wrong time... looking for a solution... nothing is that easy but I will make it... somehow^^
