My main doubts about an IKEA solution are the cabinet height, which is already 86 cm, so without a countertop and without feet/plinth we are already above the limit :(
That is not correct. The Faktum cabinet is only 70 cm high. With the short Capita legs and a countertop, the working height would be 85 cm. With 8 cm high feet bought elsewhere, it would be even lower.
The cooktop should be even lower. The height could be set very individually. With an induction cooktop, the bottom does not get as hot as with a conventional radiant cooktop. Adequate ventilation must be provided for cooling the electronics, which is not a problem. The 35 cm deep cabinets are a nice idea, but would only allow 25 cm clearance for undercutting. I think if you want to get good access to the cooktop, you will drive up “up to the abdomen stop.” Then there is only room left for a covering of the cable.
