What subsidies are possible and where can they be applied for?

I have already bothered Dr. Google, but everything is flooded with Baukindergeld. I am looking for information on funding for the following construction project:

Apply everything for the existing building:

BAFA - Energy - Heating with renewable energies - Biomass: Combination boiler for burning biomass pellets or wood chips and logs

Basic funding for existing buildings: €5000 or €5500 with a new buffer storage tank
OR Innovation funding: €7500 with condensing technology
+
APEE additionally 20% of the funding amount + €600 flat-rate investment grant for optimizing the heating system (hydraulic balancing)

There is also an additional €500 for connection to a heat network, but in my opinion that does not apply here.

BAFA can be combined with KfW:

KfW Program 430 - Energy-Efficient Renovation – Investment Grant:

Heating package, heating + optimization (hydraulic balancing and replacement of individual radiators to reduce flow temperature): 15% of eligible costs.

For the new building, you no longer receive funding, it is simply connected there and in the Energy Saving Ordinance calculation the heat supply is carried out as a combination boiler in the external area. However, the responsible planner/energy consultant has to check that.

Apply for BAFA and KfW beforehand. BAFA yourself, KfW via the energy efficiency experts list (Google).

Technically keep the connection of the new building as simple as possible: few heat exchangers, no valves! You need a good heating installer or MEP planner who designs the system so that the different temperature levels and capacities for the old heating system, underfloor heating and domestic hot water are served without a hydraulic disaster.

In Bavaria, additionally the 10000-Houses Program can be used during a heating system replacement along with the Bafa. You would have to ask Dr. Google again for details; there are various heating categories.
