What is the exact width of an 86 door including the frame, casing, and lintel?

I have a somewhat complicated problem: Where the kitchen unit currently stands, we need to make a breakthrough into another room. In terms of sequence, we basically have to (to keep the gas hob phase short) first plan & order the kitchen and then as soon as a delivery date is foreseeable, tear out the old kitchen, make the breakthrough, and install the new one. It’s risky, but the only option given a delivery time of 4-6 months for the new kitchen...
For planning the new kitchen, I absolutely need to know how wide the door including [Bekleidung] will be and what the maximum dimensions of the kitchen are.
Currently [Außenwand - Küchenblock - Innenwand]
In future [Außenwand - Auflage Sturz - Türe (+ [Bekleidung]) - Küchenblock - Innenwand]

Here are the key data:
The wall is non-load-bearing.
The lintel should rest 12.5 cm (?)
The wall length is 322 cm.
I planned the door at 86 cm (future only access to the room).
[Bekleidung] 5 cm.

I arrive at a maximum kitchen length of 217.4 cm until the countertop hits the [Bekleidung] of the frame.

Would someone have the time to recalculate this, please?
