What do my special requests cost?

Hello everyone,

I would like to use the expertise gathered here to estimate the costs of our special requests. I understand that I won't get very precise estimates here, but a rough order of magnitude would be sufficient.

The special requests are as follows:
- additional floor-to-ceiling shower in the second bathroom
- RC2 instead of RC2N windows and doors
- 6 meters of fence + garden gate (wire mesh)
- heated towel rail in the bathroom
- wallpapering and painting walls and ceilings
- four point foundations + 3*3m paving
- air conditioning for living and bedrooms
- second washing machine connection

Thanks in advance and as I said, a rough order of magnitude is enough for me.

- RC2 instead of RC2N windows and doors

We currently have offers for our construction for standard, RC2N + RC2. 24 windows, approx. 50 m2 of glass.

With otherwise the same features, additional costs for RC2 compared to RC2N are 8%. But as always, it depends on many factors...

Air conditioning for living and bedrooms should cost 4-7k€.

The following special requests:

- 6 meter fence + garden gate (palisade fence)
- heated towel rail in bathroom
- wallpapering and painting walls and ceilings
- four point foundations + 3*3m paving
