What do my special requests cost?

That seems very cheap to me. I would have thought that the device alone costs more.

What kind of device do you mean? I was also surprised that you want a radiator for the towels, because they really don't cost much. So that we don't talk past each other, this model was offered to us: 1 pc bathroom radiator Kermi Basic 50 1770x599mm white RAL 9016 VE2.5 1 pc Heimeier Multilux 4-Set for passage/corner DN 20 white 1/2" IG and 3/4" AG At the price see above We are not taking any, we have never used it in the rental apartment

The problem that points out is that your builder can charge three times as much for the same device.
The same applies to the shower and windows.
If you want to connect a radiator yourself, you only pay the general contractor for the additional socket.

Your general contractor should be able to provide you with all potential items and their prices upon request.

Oh, and one more thing I have: Washing machine connection: €200 net (hot, cold, and wastewater included, siphon included)

Good point: the prices I listed are from individual trades directly, not from the general contractor.
