What do my special requests cost?

Hello, of course we have already talked to the builder about this. He says he passes on the prices from the craftsmen 1:1. I can believe that – I want to; but I would like to check it.

Otherwise, we were told that after internal consultation we could at least get some estimated prices – but we haven’t received any yet. Otherwise, we just have to wait for the tender or speak directly to the craftsmen.

I would like to have a rough idea here to know what we need to plan for and, of course, we would only go along with special requests if the prices are reasonably acceptable. A few euros don’t matter to me because I’m just happy when it’s finished. But I also don’t want to be taken advantage of. Then I’d rather do it myself later.

But you won't be able to negotiate anything there. Take it or leave it. We were also given surcharges. Only for the towel warmer thing did we refuse

- additional floor-level shower in the second bathroom
- RC2 instead of RC2N windows and doors
- 6 meter fence + garden gate (wire mesh)
- towel radiator bathroom
- wallpapering and painting walls and ceilings
- four point foundations + 3*3m paving
- air conditioning for living and bedrooms
- second washing machine connection
