What do my special requests cost?

- Towel radiator bathroom - for a basic model: 300-400 euros, if it is not an additional heating circuit
- Wallpapering and painting walls and ceilings - painting fleece and white paint: cost us 7,000 for 200 m² of living space
- four point foundations + 3*3m paving: under 1000 euros with simple paving. If extra travel is required, then 1000 euros.
- Air conditioning for living and bedroom: 5000
- Second washing machine connection: 150

Good point: the prices I listed are directly from individual trades, not from the general contractor

We also arranged our special features with the craftsmen companies. But they are usually not yet decided before or at the beginning of the construction. In this respect, one should at least know the general contractor's price. It can always be cheaper then.

The same was, for example, not available for less than 10,000 for 160 sqm in our case. Most offers were rather around 12,000.

The only help is to have prices from your general contractor and to get all other offers from your region yourself.

If something useful had come out of it, I wouldn't have asked here.

yeah ok, but I like to question everything. The prices mentioned can only be a guideline.

Good example: my colleague and I. Same condo, same size, 40 km apart. Our additional charges had a range of 150%

Hello, of course we have already talked about it with the developer. He says he passes on the prices from the craftsmen to us 1:1. I can believe that - I want to; but I would still like to check it.

Otherwise, we were told that after an internal consultation we could at least get some estimated prices - but we haven’t yet. Otherwise, we would just have to wait for the tender or speak directly with the craftsmen.

I would like to have a rough idea here to know what we have to plan for, and of course we would only agree to the special requests this way if the prices are reasonably fair. A few euros don’t matter to me at all, as I’m just glad when it’s finished. But I also don’t want to be taken advantage of. In that case, I would rather do it myself later.
