What do I need for the first consultation appointment with a property developer?

Hello,

I will soon have an initial consultation appointment with a property developer. What data, documents, etc. does the consultant need from me?

So far I have:
- All necessary plans for the plot
- Room requirements list
Idea about...
- Type of roof
- Number of windows
- Heating technology
- Kfw 70 funding if possible

What do you think is still missing?

your rough budget estimate would be good to know (they will ask if you have already been to the bank and if it could even work or if their effort is wasted). and which bigger extras (underfloor heating, ventilation system, fireplace, electric shutters, etc.) you are dreaming about.

if you already have a plot of land (reserved/bought), the builder can also tell you which building type fits reasonably well and what is bad or impossible. elongated narrow plots, for example, are less suitable for a bungalow, but a typical single-family house might fit perfectly if the orientation is right.

If it is indeed a developer and the term developer is not being confused again with GU or GÜ. I now actually assume that this is the case.

Edit: scroll up a bit, it says that he has the documents for the property ... That must have been on my mind when I was replying :)
