What colors for the bedroom?

Currently, all rooms with us are completely white with brown tiled floors. We like it very much. In the children's rooms, we want to bring in color more through a decoration concept -> e.g. yellow sun lamp, yellow curtains, yellow carpet, wall tattoo of a tree with autumnal yellow leaves.

We also have color everywhere, children's room colorful walls, in the hallway and kitchen basically white, but with colorful accents, e.g. in the hallway a blue stripe running parallel to the stairs.

We have everything white and 1 to 2 walls per room in one color. The bedroom had and will have a blue wall in every apartment. Currently a sort of Nordic cool blue. I would also like turquoise, but my husband won't go for it ;) The living room will probably stay white this time because otherwise it would be too dark. Maybe a wall decal if we can agree on one ;) The child will get desired colors, probably blue and green. (Overall also max 2 walls, rest white). The rest - we'll see.
