The 500 Söder euros would drop out. In the end, that would be 300€ more net. Although you would certainly have to use childcare. Simplistic calculation

Please do not be discouraged and try to find out how important and meaningful a house is for you and your family. In my opinion, rents will continue to rise. A 120 sqm house with possible own contributions is possible from my point of view. If I were you, I would definitely buy the plot first and see what is possible towards the end of the building obligation (three years?). A resale property might be more sensible, if available on the market, since you would save rent almost immediately.

No. Currently, 250 euros are eliminated. The money for the newborn is only given from the 13th month of life.

The family allowance (Söder Euronen) is income-independent and every family with parental allowance entitlement in Bavaria receives it from 13 to 36 months regardless of whether the woman works or not. Childcare in rural Bavaria is currently quite affordable. We pay 58 euros per month for 45 weeks. Probably this time more thanks to Aiwanger. Up to about 30 hours per week it is free for us, for example.
