Wet spots on exterior masonry

To address your questions in advance:
- The site manager is currently checking this…. However, I do not expect a satisfactory answer.
- The roof was covered about 3 months ago. The slope is already finished.
- It is NOT the location of the roof drainage. The drainage is about 2 meters further forward.
- Only the flashing of the parapet is actually missing.
- Yes, the stones are filled….

Unfortunately, there are several spots where this applies. In the attached picture here, you can see other spots. I only notice a slight “bend” in the parapet.

As long as the roof is not watertight, it is what it is. Before you do anything, better make sure the roof becomes watertight.

Well, I don't see any atika cover. If the membrane at this point is the lowest spot, then all the water from the atika simply runs down the membrane.
