So I understand correctly that the stains should not reoccur once the sheet metal of the attic is installed?

Thank you for your help and support!

The parapet cover is currently not yet installed - but is supposed to follow soon.
At the moment, the screed is drying inside and there is scaffolding again.
When I was in the house today, I saw lots of water droplets on the ceiling exactly at the spots where the outside also shows wet stains.
I am worried that the filled stone is molding. What do you think?

Please get an expert preferably from the list of the IHK …. For such a question, you don’t have to pay much and you will get a qualified statement … I wouldn’t just want to cover it with a sheet now without knowing what’s going on. It won’t be done simply with a sheet …

Oh sh…t. That looks devastating. No measuring device is needed. Finally get the GU/site manager to the construction site and, as already suggested, an expert.

... and have the sheets of the cover made with the longest possible drip edge
