As already mentioned, we are well aware that every house / every service description is completely individual, just like the prices, and we are not at all interested in “copying” anything.

For us, I’d say as "forum veterans" it always makes sense to figure out whether someone has chosen a particular provider as a favorite based on solid grounds or naïvely. And many newbies have already found out that they, for example, fell for myths. That’s why one always prefers to ask one time too many.

That almost happened to us as well. On the open house day of the construction company, the authorized signatory noticed this and personally took care of our wishes and the resulting contract. Otherwise, the order would have been lost too.

There are various house providers that offer something called [Vorbemusterung]. After that, you know what to expect - and that much more precisely than any external report ever could.

Unfortunately, I do not know which of the companies mentioned here in the thread offer this - I visited three others for [Vorbemusterung] and was then able to plan very well with which additional costs I should expect.

Sorry if I’m being a bit dumb asking, but you simply want a construction performance description before signing? Isn’t that the most obvious thing in the world and shouldn’t you have already been handed that by Weberhaus? GD

The standard construction service description is also available online (it's about eight pages somewhere). But the OP wants an individual one with all special items and whatever other details. It's cringe, I know.
