If you belonged to the self-build house clientele, you would also be wrong with Weberhaus.
Which ones would those have been?
You would like a Weberhaus customer to email you his protocol unknowingly. At the same time, you yourself remain completely in the dark here – even though I gave you the hint that you can be helped much better if you come out of hiding a bit more on your own: we know nothing about you and your plot of land and how professionally/systematically you came to Weberhaus (or even to the category of wooden houses) in the first place. Perhaps you just approached some companies with well-known names, X's representative personally disqualified himself, Z's product price (possibly in relation to the equipment) was the reason, and therefore you now find Y great, which happens to be Weberhaus. Meanwhile, the plot of land might have a different opinion and/or you are not even the Weberhaus target group.

If I were a Weberhaus salesperson, you would have fully convinced me with this post to show you such reports anonymously.And therefore also the question regarding the mentioned point, as we were able to obtain that from everyone else through acquaintances, but unfortunately not from Weberhaus.
Such house inspection parties are regularly offered to my advisers, gladly also with me accompanying them. I cannot imagine a district representative who misses this opportunity. They know that this is often the drop that makes the willingness to sign overflow.For example, we were invited to some house handovers by our house building company. There we could speak directly with the builders and also discuss problems or similar issues. You could also bring up the topic of "protocol" there. A good company offers such house inspections to the builder family before handover.

Why should we tell that to a Weberhaus salesperson? What sense does your statement have here regarding that? When it comes to Weberhaus, we are not talking about Schwörerhaus and when it comes to Schwörerhaus, we are not talking about Weberhaus. [...] that’s why we are here and politely asked whether anyone here would be willing to show us theirs (without contact details, address, etc...).
The regional house manufacturer we visited, for example, besides timber panel construction also builds walls from solid wood, but that is a different price class. Therefore, "regardless of price class" and your statement about it don’t quite fit. It rather gives the impression that you are a "brick by brick" type when it comes to building and that you are rather disparaging timber construction with the sausage and juice comparison.
