That is completely clear to the OP. That is exactly why he is looking for someone who has already been with the same bride before the altar and can say whether she is still nice after the engagement. So exactly such an answer

only garnished with an anonymized version of said forty pages would probably be his wish.

So, I’m not going to post my 40-page performance specification here. What’s the point, it’s partly also something that needs explanation, since there are individual agreements with the equipment consultant. I can only say that at Weberhaus absolutely nothing is vaguely formulated. Every single additionally sampled item, from the underground cable to the bathroom cabinet to the faucet, is listed individually and of course also priced. Everything is transparent. My impression of Weberhaus so far: No cheap deals, partly hefty surcharges and not the fastest. But decent quality and consulting. I will report from autumn when the actual construction phase starts.

I have been observing the industry for four decades, and Weberhaus has a stable reputation for being adequately positioned for its clientele, but not arrogant. The typical Weberhaus customer is a chief physician or specialist doctor, already a partner in his firm or otherwise close to management—but without it resulting in turnaway of casual customers. The OP has not yet revealed whether he has sought his building partner in the appropriate circles in this sense.

Yes, okay, then it is the construction service description, with the addition of the individual items, which everyone compiles individually.

I completely understand that you don’t want to post that here. I don’t know if it’s possible to send something like that via private message here? Or if you could send it to us by email? Would you possibly do that? Personally, it would only give us a much better feeling if we could review such a protocol after the equipment selection. Overall, we like everything about Weberhaus so far, but that is a point we would have liked to see before signing. And since we definitely want to build turnkey, that would really be helpful for us.

We realize that some things are probably individual and may not apply to us or might require some explanation. Ultimately, everyone has different ideas about their house and about their desired equipment, but that’s not what we’re after—we don’t want to “copy” a protocol or anything like that. We just want to see how it is structured, looks, and is described at Weberhaus across all trades... Unfortunately, we have already seen protocols from acquaintances that looked anything but reasonable, and we wouldn’t have a good feeling signing with those. This is partially a reason why we didn’t even inquire with two other companies, for example.

If you belonged to the self-build house clientele, you would also be wrong with Weberhaus.

Which ones were those?

You would like a Weberhaus customer to email you their protocol without knowing you. At the same time, you yourself remain completely in the dark here – although I gave you the hint that you can be helped much better if you come out of hiding a little more on your own: we know nothing about you and your property and how professionally/systematically you came to Weberhaus (or even to the category of wood builders) at all. Perhaps you just approached some companies with well-known names, the representative from X personally disqualified himself, with Z it was the price of the product (possibly in relation to the equipment) and that’s why you now find Y great, which is coincidentally Weberhaus. Meanwhile, the property might have a different opinion, and/or you may not even be the Weberhaus target group.
