Cold foam mattresses also do not provide a basis for mites, but they do offer a more stable feeling for all those who find 'the thing with water' suspicious. I also know some who have parted with their water bed again because of the effort involved... Water beds are not the be-all and end-all!

Our fur monsters definitely have not caused our waterbed to leak, even though there have been hunt scenes played out in it from time to time.

Around the actual mattress (which is also made of thick plastic), there is still the cover. Usually, cat claws do not get through that either.

Good evening,

I could well imagine a panther like that.... but they stink terribly and when it comes to safety, I am too scared after all

Rhenish greetings

We are also currently considering what kind of new bed to get and I am also eyeing a box spring bed. However, we have concerns about our sloping roof, our knee wall is 1.10 m and most box spring beds have a lying height of 53 to 65 cm. Has anyone of you already had experience with sloping roofs and box spring beds?
