Waterbed or box spring bed

Hi, I've now gone through all 12 pages, and no one has even remotely thought about a specific topic that is certainly not to be neglected.

How about that? I imagine that much more difficult on a waterbed than on a box spring bed.
And even with a box spring bed, there are supposed to be disadvantages compared to a normal bed in this regard.

You forget that they all only use the bedroom here for sleeping (this sentence is often quoted)

Without going through this thread again: box spring beds are overrated: there are "normal" beds with the same functions... then one mattress is enough... and not 2 to 3... insane: since one doesn't do the job, a topper for the topping has to be added (because the spring core is crap anyway )

Now it depends on which price range you are talking about here. If you compare a "normal" bed with a box spring bed now, I agree with you if both are in the range of 1000-1500€. But if you buy a decent box spring bed, then there's a world of difference.
