Thanks :)

I’ve already seen the installation spacing in some YouTube video. It seems to be a good way to improve the heating fairly cost-effectively. I wanted to ask about it directly at the next appointment because I’ve also read that it’s optionally selectable for some home builders. I’m glad to read that here now too.
We haven’t signed yet, there are still about 3-4 in the final selection, although we had the best feeling from the start with one home builder and it’s almost certain (unless he brings the dog now) that we want to build with him. On Friday there is another appointment on site at the factory and I guess after that the decision will have to be made. Although we are not under pressure and are not being pressured.

Oh. Yes, then KfW40 is probably also the order of the day.

Indeed, such a cozy temperature is already relevant to the construction specification.

I wouldn’t recommend it then either. It only comes back to bite you when you disrupt overall contractor processes.

My concern is that these devices will become louder with aging just like any refrigerator.

What is construction specifications? As long as it is then replaceable... My concern was, which is why I started the thread, that things might be cut for cost reasons and such errors might then no longer be fixable or only with increased effort. So I’d rather ask about an option that might cost me a few euros more upfront but would let me sleep more peacefully (literally ;)).

Since we heat technically differently, I can't give you a concrete tip except not to save on the quality of the installation company if you are awarding the contract yourself. Choose one who loves their work and treats their people well. Accept a higher billing rate for that; although it is no guarantee, it is a significant increase in the likelihood of an excellent installation.
