In bedrooms, roller blinds are advantageous (especially for shift workers) because venetian blinds cannot close 100% due to their design.

Roller blinds are faster to raise and lower. Not to be neglected, if you have floor-to-ceiling windows where you also want to go outside, venetian blinds are in the way and would have to be completely raised.
If venetian blinds are still desired, then choose venetian blinds with two sections or two motors. For example, where 2/3 of the window area can remain closed and 1/3 can be opened to go in and out.

Pay attention to the color of the roller blinds and venetian blinds. That means, even if you want windows in anthracite, you can choose roller blinds and venetian blinds in, for example, silver. It is a bit lighter in the room.

Keep in mind that the venetian blinds should be connected to wind sensors. That means if it gets too windy (storm), they will raise, and you will have no privacy. This can be compensated for, for example, with pleated blinds or curtains.
