I hope that the topic of the suppliers is at least completed next week. Especially the magenta-colored company does not know what it is doing. It's good that there are external companies that possess brains and also use them.

Roof probably finished tomorrow / Monday then. Weight reductions done. Construction site cleaned up. Solar thermal installed. Whew. Really making progress. Utility providers are coming on 17.3 and Telekom promised they will manage it on time. I just lack the faith.

Hope dies last.

I received a call from Telekom yesterday, builder hotline. The young man told me during the conversation, sincerely, that our project had progressed quite quickly and I should consider myself lucky. There is the company SAG in our area, which manages our project in the background.

Today, it was finally time:
The mentioned company was standing in the yard, completely baffled. Reason: Telekom’s order to measure our connection.
APL was installed by SAG last week along with the laying of the power cable, wisely anticipated.

Only the connection to the main cable was missing. Where there is nothing, you cannot measure anything. The entire Telekom laying plan was, to crown it all, also wrong.

Hopefully the ordeal will end on Monday.

I’ll spare you the craftsmen’s curses. They were not mild.

Telekom is quite a funny company. Actually, such processes should be a planning routine. It must be tracked somewhere what has been completed and what has not. Very strange bunch. Somehow, I always think of "Too many cooks spoil the broth."

In this respect, I am curious about what surprises Telekom still has in store for us.

If Telekom doesn't manage it in time, I recommend a not so friendly email to the responsible construction client hotline.
