Usage template zoning plan

since I have already seen some development plans, I am just wondering what the ``Z`` might mean!?


WA - general residential area OK
I - single-story construction OK
o - open construction OK
Floor area ratio - 0.3 OK
Plot ratio - 0.5 OK

but what does - Z - mean?

No, unfortunately I do not have the legend for the development plan at hand
and there is nothing in the T-determination either.

Could refer to the roof. Tent roof. Is it one of your other requests? Are you familiar with the property? Then you can find out if that is the case.#

No, tent roof is ZD

But I don't know either. There is also nothing about Z on the internet.

Spekulatius: Maybe the "Z" - like Grundflächenzahl and Geschossflächenzahl - refers to the value "o" for open development standing to the right and is supposed to indicate the "Z" permissible type of construction? might know more about that.
