Hello,

I have a question about construction with a basement.

Is it possible to build a basement with usage class A also under design principle C, or is that rather excluded? Or do you say that is actually how it is usually done?

So design principle C with an already planned additional waterproofing.

H10 guideline - WU structures.

Thanks for the feedback.

Does no one have an answer to the question?

Let's set aside design principle B for now, it is too complicated and besides, it is not feasible with usage A. Design principle A is hardly feasible depending on the building. So only design principle C remains. I can't say more now, you are very sparing with information anyway.

What do you want to know?

The reinforced concrete precast walls are backfilled on the construction site. So it is not a precast basement.

Is it a detached house with 10x10m?

A crack in the joint is unavoidable and also intended in the semi-precast walls; it is sealed with a joint flashing, which is exactly what design principle C states.

How should "C" be implemented in the foundation slab? What was planned?

Exactly a 10x10 house. City villa.
A coated joint flashing is to be installed all around. According to the supplier, this ensures usage class A and stress class 1.

So something “protruding” in the floor slab, and on that the prefabricated walls will be placed. Plus reinforcement as bars in the floor slab that go “up” into the prefabricated walls.

What do you mean by how should c be implemented in the floor slab?
