How does he plan to make the floor slab watertight? Does he want to prevent cracking, if so how? How is the additional sealing supposed to look? Is that all you know?

For the floor slab he wants to use C25/C30 concrete and then a Gefitas PE3 / 300 on top. Then normal insulation and impact sound insulation.

He said you can never completely rule out crack formation, not even with design principle a.

If there are cracks he would apply
-Webertec 901 (primer)
-webertec superflex 2k (KMB)
-weber sys 981 (fabric insert)

to close them. So for c and a.
