Upper floor window lintel and ring beam

we still want a mechanical ventilation system, probably then we will only have 2.58 m room height and if the roller shutter box and the window lintel are 58 cm high, then the floor-to-ceiling windows can only be max. 2 m high, if I understood everything correctly.

If I read this correctly from our plans:
- Shell height upper floor 286 cm
- Floor structure 20 cm (including ventilation ducts)
- Drywall ceiling construction below the beams 11 cm

==> Living room ceiling height above finished floor level 255 cm.

The ceiling construction partially covers the ring beam. So above the windows, only the roller shutter box and the uncovered part of the ring beam remain visible. I would have to measure the height of the windows or the piece of wall above them... According to the plan: parapet height 88 cm with respect to finished floor level, window opening height in the shell 153 cm (the roller shutter box is included in this). As you can see, no floor-to-ceiling elements.

Look at it positively you don't have to get on the chair legs meter-high windows.. just kidding so the windows are definitely not low or what do you have in mind?

Where is that low!? 2.75 raw construction is 2.60 finished floor surface.

The original poster is building a two-story house. Don't you also think that 15 cm is a bit too little for a filigree ceiling (or formwork), underfloor heating, and screed? I see 25 cm as the minimum; reinforcement regarding a possible earthquake zone aside! Rhenish regards
