Unifi NanoHD on concrete ceiling - which box to provide?

The shop is called "CNC Holzwelt". I glued together three 6mm discs each, created space inside with a hole drill, and then painted them white. Not really demanding ;)

Then I now have a new preferred solution :) Then I will order directly. Were the 3x6mm screws sufficient? Or would you perhaps recommend 3x8mm instead? Then screwed to the ceiling with 3 screws and the mounting plate attached at the bottom and the access point mounted.

With me, 3x6mm fit exactly, the connector at the end of the installation cable lay flat on the ceiling and fit exactly at the height. I screwed through the mounting plate and spacer with 3 long screws.

Does anyone happen to have a tip or a good guide on how I can set up the Unify AC Pro? I have 2 of them. I also have a CloudKey and a Unify Switch. I think I understand how to connect everything. From the FritzBox to the switch. From there to the patch panel to the cable planned for the access point. But I am not quite sure where the CloudKey should go and exactly what I need to do......Do I need a laptop...Is a phone with the app enough.....
