Don't understand why so much effort. Just have a 180mm box installed, later drill a suitable hole and comfortably store everything in the box.
It even has an advantage. You can use it as a mini safe and hide things ;).
If not, Golfi's solution is also okay.

This is what the NanoHD looks like on the back.

The NanoHD really has plenty of space on the back. With the Lite, you can just about fit a patch panel in and lead it straight out upwards.

That also looks like enough space for Keystone and mini patch cables.

Do you even need a socket there?

Even if it works now with the NanoHD without a box, eventually it will be end of life and a new one may no longer offer this cavity. Then you might be stuck in a few years looking for solutions or be extremely limited in your choices.

Well. You can't prepare for every possible future eventuality in life. In the end, it's a matter of cost.

So we are currently facing the same challenge, and drilling a deep hole into the concrete ceiling was no fun for the electrician (no fun three times over, to be exact). But I believe it is the best solution to install a deep flush-mounted box so that you have more flexibility. It now looks like this:

The box has a depth of 8cm. I have also already procured both angled keystones and one-sided angled patch cables. But I suspect it should also work now with a normal keystone and a short patch cable.
