Yes, prices vary greatly by region. Here you can get a detached ~150m² Kfw70 single-family house without a basement including a 540m² plot in also a top edge location for 309TEUR. Including painting work, outdoor facilities, and a double carport done by oneself. And including a brand new E-Class

But that doesn't help him at all. The important thing is always WHERE the house is located. My region is probably one of the cheapest in the country...

Hello,

just a quick note on the subject of underfloor heating. In our "still semi-detached house," we have underfloor heating on the ground floor, but not on the upper floor, attic, or basement! I would never do it that way again... our new house - detached - will have underfloor heating everywhere! At that time, we chose underfloor heating only for aesthetic reasons because I find radiators so ugly. But especially when you have tiles, the lukewarm floor is very pleasant. Or also, when you come out of the shower and step onto warm tiles, it is a different experience than stepping onto ice-cold tiles... think it over carefully! What are €8,000 after all, if you regret having saved that amount over the next 30 years.

I clearly tend towards underfloor heating, I also had some initial difficulties, but in the end I gave in to my wife's wishes. I have never regretted it, especially in winter, there is a pleasant warmth and you always have warm feet.
