Emergency departments are often attached to hospitals. Nurses there receive the same base salaries as those working inpatient. I haven't found any statistics on this, but from my gut feeling, nurses make up a very large share in hospitals and not a small one, as you claim. But feel free to provide a statistic to convince me otherwise. And by the way, there is the IPREG in rehabilitation clinics. Similar to PpSG. So they are covered by it as well.

That sounds very sarcastic in a construction forum and with a single-family house. I would suggest selling everything and becoming a hermit. But a little selfishness is good, as long as you don't restrict yourself too much.

I don’t know a single outpatient nursing service here that is affiliated with a hospital. The ones I see driving around are independent private companies, where I know that the nurses earn €16-17 gross per hour.
And where did I say that hospitals make up a small proportion? Please read more carefully.

You are completely right. but also. That is the crux. In order for the human species to be compatible with the ecosystem, we would have to live like early humans. Or at least like in the Stone Age. But of course, that is neither desired nor possible. Therefore, everyone should also look for themselves what they can contribute to stopping or at least slowing down climate change and species extinction. For such weather events like tornadoes in Germany or extreme floods are definitely a consequence of climate change, whereby anthropogenic changes to the environment (infrastructures) also play a role. Unfortunately, there are people who do not want to see or cannot see these connections. As I wrote above, the topic is naturally unpopular in a house building forum. But I think there is also an opportunity with a single-family house with its own garden to contribute to climate and species protection. That has also already been said by others here.

16-17 € per hour x 173.33 hours per month, you're at almost 3,000 € gross. Plus allowances for night shifts, weekend shifts, further training... It is not uncommon to reach 4,000 € gross. With us, the average salary of a nursing specialist is about 3,900 € gross.

Hospitals are allowed to pay a maximum of TVöD due to legislation, and many do so, and others follow suit. They would be stupid if this were not the case, because we get it 100% refinanced (nursing budget). With us, there are 6 hospitals in the group and 5 of them have outpatient clinics. The nurses receive the salary structures of the nurses from the hospital. So I can report to you from about 700 nurses who are employed with us. We are the largest training company in Brandenburg with over 300 training places for health professions. Of these, about 100 are for specialist nursing staff, and the classes are always full.

cool, with that you have basically repeated the position of the A.f.D almost 1:1, congratulations. One should really engage a bit with the subject matter. Yes, there were extreme weather conditions in the past as well. Due to climate change they just occur much more frequently. That is a fact! You should be able to distinguish between weather and climate. But the main thing is to fall back on your position, it's much more convenient when you don't have to change anything in your behavior... After all, you have the right argumentation for it. Who cares what science says.
