To which financing broker?

Go to a large broker and a small broker. Even small brokers have good conditions and make a special effort because it is a one-man show. He wants to get the business and tries harder. We have had the experience.

I can report on this week. Two conversations, one with Interhyp** and one with H**N Finanz. Both conversations were good, terms very very similar. Ing-Diba in our case far ahead together with another bank. However, the conversations are very insightful just for oneself and you always make a bit of progress. I probably won’t have many more conversations and will first gather all the documents needed to then become really concrete and finalize something. I will talk to both again and then take what I consider the best offer. In my view, the terms are already very good now (if you really get them like that). But we are also a rather simple case with relatively much equity, paid-for land, etc...

We also had two conversations with Dr. Klein and Interhyp. Both advertise having over 400 banks in their offer, and I actually assumed that both would have roughly the same offers. We entered the race with identical conditions and received significantly better offers from Dr. Klein. Interhyp not only had fewer banks to choose from but also worse conditions. However, this is my personal experience and may of course vary depending on the region and circumstances.

We were at two. The little one wanted us to sign immediately "the interest rate will rise by the turn of the year at the latest, I have good contacts. That's certain." It was December 15. Then it was about insurance. He wanted to check all our insurances. And he did not understand the word no. After that, we were with a big one (H.... and R...). There we felt well taken care of. Especially since the advisor declined to mediate with acquaintances. He told them clearly they would not make it.
