To open the window with roller shutters from the outside

I hope I am in the right subforum.

We want to install a floor-to-ceiling window in our new building, which can be opened from the outside with a key ([locking system of front door]). No problem at first. However, we are now facing the challenge that this window is equipped with a roller shutter, and a handle on the outside of the window would collide with the roller shutter. Do you have any suggestions or tips for this?

hm... well, I don't quite understand the point. Window unlockable from outside? And then enter there? Normally, wouldn't you just use a door? I'm a bit puzzled about what exactly is wanted here. Regards Bromi

We would like to install a window here to be able to put the window into the "tilt position." This is not possible with a door. However, the problem has now been resolved. We are now using a different door profile for this window. The original profile did not allow the installation of a handle from the outside, as otherwise the shutters could not be lowered. The new profile plus a flat handle makes this possible.....
