Hello everyone,
I plan to have parquet (14mm) installed on one side of the living room and tiles (80x80) on the other side. The transition should preferably be without profiles, etc., but there must definitely be no height difference.
So my parquet installer told me he will achieve a height of about 18mm with his adhesive and parquet. Now the task is to bring the tiles, which are 9mm thick, up to 18mm (adhesive 9-10mm). I have already found a product from PCI (Flott), which is supposed to be suitable for large-format and heavy tiles.
Will this work without problems, has anyone had experience with it? Notch 10x10? I don’t feel like using leveling compound.
Thanks.
