Thank you very much in advance for the many suggestions! I have simply taken some of them into account and created all the views to show how it would look as a result. What do you think? In general, I have tried as much as possible to align the joints between the wall and the floor. It should be noted that all the tiles are rectified, and the tiler already mentioned that the tiles only have a joint width of about 2mm. In addition, I have chosen the joint color so that it matches the gray tiles, and for the wood look, I chose a brownish tone as the joint color, as close as possible to the wood look. Also, no joint now runs along the washbasin, and there would be one large tile on this side. However, a joint would be added because the tiles would have to be cut into smaller pieces on this side. On the window side, it is almost impossible to align the joints of the wall with those of the floor. I am very grateful for any tips on this. Should the tile under the window, for example, be exactly the width of the window or rather the full 1.2m and then centered under the window? In addition, I have simply left out the tiles outside the shower area, as a heater will be installed there later (just for idea inspiration). The shower niche will be chiseled in there, everything is agreed upon and will be implemented accordingly. The exact position still needs to be coordinated.

tell the tiler HE should tile and with a nice grout pattern.
You can't do either, for example the shower wall with niche,
there is no whole and a piece, but only a whole, or 2 bigger than halves with a center joint.
Why are there tiles on the window side?
Why are there tiles around the door, there are only collisions with the door frame there.
Forget the grout planning, tiles are not wallpaper from the roll ;)

I would omit the tiles under the window and to the left of the door. They are not necessary and also look rather outdated.

I have done that, and in coordination with the tiler the first variant of this forum post came out... And he really did a good job in the guest WC, which looks very good.

He also said that with the one whole tile in the shower, but doesn't it look stupid if the glass pane is 1.40m and the floor in wood look is tiled up to there as well?

stupid looks with 1.2m tile + 20cm leftover piece, then 2 pieces of 70cm with a middle joint
