The underfloor heating is not turning on in one room

Our kitchen, dining, and living area has 6 heating circuits. For the reasons you mentioned, the living area should also be somewhat warmer than the kitchen. Therefore, the floor (at the current temperatures) in the living room is approximately 26°C warm and in the kitchen about 25°C. Luckily, nothing gets cold or alternates between warm and cold. In my opinion, that is how it should be.

When the thermostat detects that it is warm enough, the underfloor heating simply turns off. Especially in the kitchen, it often gets warmer than set (south-facing side, baking, etc.), so the floor remains cold. However, I don't know how I could avoid that because the room temperature itself is fine.
