Since it is quite sluggish, I wouldn’t even notice this powering up or the failure to start ... For example, with us it is such that the underfloor heating is not active in one or two rooms because the room has the temperature, i.e. it is "co-heated" by other rooms.
With the supply temperatures possible with gas heating systems, I consider it quite possible to feel the heat. Of course, once it is set to 30°, no longer.
