The remaining amount will not be paid out because the land register has not been released

Hello,

Why?

Who appointed the notary? You or your developer?

If you care about ecologically produced bread, do you go to the baker with an official quality seal or to the grocery store?

Rhenish greetings

Unfortunately, I don’t know, this was informed to us by our bank...

That is a vicious circle.

The BT has an entry on a property. Their bank only deletes it if there is money. Your bank only pays out if the prior property is deleted.

But the banks have to arrange this step by step among themselves.

Or who has paid out the previous installments? Your bank should be able to provide proof of payment themselves, right?

Is that a scan of the bank letter?
When I read that, amateurs must be at work. Spelling mistakes and formatting errors in bank letters. And that in just 4 lines.

Good morning,

I stumbled over that too, on the other hand, that is nothing really new these days – so why not also a faulty bank document?

However, I must not really criticize anything in this regard, since I have been consistently writing incorrectly since the last spelling reform. Although I hope, at least in the sense of what was formerly learned, to get through largely error-free :)

Rhenish greetings

Everyone makes mistakes, we are allowed to, and so is the bank. But please, not so obviously. ;-)

I have to feel secondhand embarrassment.

I would be interested in the rest of the previous process, because the KP shares should have been paid to the bank of the BT including the property. How can anything still be missing, unless the BT has fully financed externally.

Put pressure on, ask a lawyer.

Good morning....

All KP parts agreed in the contract were transferred directly to the BT by our bank on a percentage basis... The last installment, which also constituted the security deposit, was only partially transferred to the BT since there are still works to be done on the building...

However, what the BT did with the money is unknown to us...

The fact is, the building stands, we have been living in it for almost a year, and everything is basically fine...
The remaining work is actually "piddling".... This is about our right to receive a 100% result as agreed...

Of course, we could avoid all the trouble and pay the remaining amount... The question is only whether then the whole thing is settled or the trouble continues and we no longer have any leverage...

The other question is whether the cost of a lawyer might exceed the value of the remaining work...?!

But thanks to everyone for the responses... Unfortunately, we are stuck like in front of a wall and don't know what to do next... Money doesn't grow on the next meadow either... ;)

Thanks!
